The brewery consists of a 1998 20 barrel JVNW single-infusion, direct-fire system with five fermenters(3x20bbl and 2x40bbl) and nine conditioning tanks(8x20bbl and 1x40bbl). We have added a small bottling system to accommodate 22 ounce bottle sales as well as 400 keg shells for the market. Our hope is to grow most of our sales within the Oregon market. Our opening production capacity is 6500 barrels per year or 13,000 15.5 gallon kegs. If all goes well our tanks will soon be filled with organic goodness.
