Our building is roughly 16,800 square feet resembling an overturned wooden ship. It was cloaked in cubicles and drywall as the former Sunset Fuel headquarters. We stripped the entire building of all systems(HVAC, plumbing, and electrical) and framing, and knocked huge holes in the 12" thick concrete walls. The ceiling was then painstakingly cob-blasted to reveal the wonderful amber glow of old-growth lumber used in it's construction. What we are left with is a space that is remarkably comfortable and interesting as no two seats provide the same aesthetic experience.
